Few states put as much public money behind private education as Florida, yet a parent has to assemble the picture from pieces: amounts in one table, deadlines on another page, and school participation in a directory most people never open. Orlando Edu Funding joins those pieces for Orange County, showing the award for your child's grade, the programs open to you and the schools that can use the money.
An advisor reads every funding check that comes in and replies with a plan. A few schools and organizations are our partners; each such relationship is labeled where it appears and has no say in which sources we recommend.
Where does the school data come from?
Each listing repeats what the school itself filed with the Florida Department of Education Private School Directory (Orange County district), as pulled on October 28, 2026. That means the state school number, address, website, grades, religious affiliation and denomination, student population, accreditation, disability categories, enrollment by grade, the survey year and the state's FTC, FES-EO, FES-UA and PEP participation flags. 294 schools were registered in the district that day; 218 were flagged for FTC/FES-EO, 215 for FES-UA and 41 for PEP.
The dollar figures are the Orange County rows of Step Up For Students' 2026-27 tables: $8,420, $7,831 and $7,639 for K-3, 4-8 and 9-12 under the Private School Scholarship and PEP, and $10,584, $9,995 and $9,803 at FES-UA's base tier. Dates follow Step Up's 2026-27 schedule. Schools do not report tuition to the state, so it appears only when a school claims its listing and supplies it.
Spot a mistake? The quickest cure is for the school to correct its state survey. We re-pull the directory on a regular schedule, and we will fix a listing on request at hello@orlandoedufunding.com or (689) 228-8538.
Orlando Edu Funding is a Boss Leads project. It is not a school, not a scholarship funding organization, and has no connection to Step Up For Students, AAA Scholarship Foundation or any government body.
